Be a Champion for Community Health

Support Trinity Community Care by becoming a lane sponsor for our Bags for Better Health Cornhole Fundraiser, taking place June 13, 2026, at One Eyed Jacks in Shelby Township. Lane sponsorships provide a fun and highly visible way for businesses and community partners to show their support while gaining recognition throughout this exciting community event.

This high-energy fundraiser will bring together players, supporters, and local businesses for an evening of friendly competition, raffles, and community spirit, all while raising funds to provide free medical and dental care for uninsured and underinsured adults in our area.

Proceeds from the event directly benefit Trinity Community Care, a nonprofit clinic dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality healthcare at no cost to those who need it most. Through the generosity of sponsors and supporters, we are able to continue expanding access to essential medical and dental services in our community.
